I know people who “needed money” at the time and had to sell. If they knew what they were holding theyd pick up a 2nd job or something but unfortunately most still didn’t get it back then……
They are trying to use broad terminology to basically pick and choose who they can go after. So their terms being undefined are a big part of why this is horseshit. It’s just a plane and simple government overreach……
