I’ve been off line for a week and never paid a bad actor fee. How would someone initiate this kind of claim to say the other person was dishonest on the network?……
When one party in the channel between two parties settles their tab (channel) and closes usually as a result of the other party being offline or non-communicative……
Also, follower count can be completely dependent on your relays. I don’t even check follower count bc it’s an unreliable measurement. I used to have 3000 followers here now it only shows 1000.……
