Running a node isn’t too bad, and I started out with no technical experience
Figure out your hardware (raspberry pi, start9, etc)
Find your OS that you want to run (do research on umbrel, start9, raspblitz and a few others)
Download Lightning app and sync blockchain on core

I don’t believe it’s fully know, but I would have to assume there’s some kind of multisig that coinbase uses to secure their funds.. I wouldn’t think Microstrategies board would be OK with one individual holding the key for all either. There’s still a lot……
