Did some more research on this one..
Appears to be a message encoded with Sha256 which is the same mechanism Bitcoin uses for its hashing algorithm.……
"A43ED30E520A16D7770908CD8BFE0857A1E993AB977453AC2224F1155B31D0," is a 64-character hexadecimal string, which means it consists of 256 bits (64 characters * 4 bits/character = 256 bits).
Looks like someone encoded a message with sha256 so it’s very difficult or impossible to know what the code means.……
