I’ve been avoiding SEED OILS for the last 3 months and am down 10 lbs. most of my meals are well balanced with a protein focus. Any carbs I’m having are accompanied by high fiber foods to slow the glycemic spike. It’s working without a super restrictive nothing but meat diet. Everyone is different but I really think seed oils and highly processed foods that are the main cause of obesity NOT carbs. Would love some input from the health community here
